Conscious Consulting: My Services

I partner with HR/L&D, CHROs, and transformation leads to design and embed initiatives that strengthen:

  • resilient leadership and workplace culture in times of stress, burn-out and trust issues

  • intentional collaboration in the age of AI and attention crisis

  • mental health, wellbeing, and sustainable performance

  • employer attractiveness through a healthy work environment

I offer keynotes, moderation of/ and tailored workshops, and consulting— I’m strong at making initiatives work in reality (time, stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities).

My approach is “conscious”: meaningful steps that create momentum.

  • I design and implement 4-8–12 week “mindfulness/wellbeing” programs that move from “problem feeling” to measurable initiatives and real adoption in daily routines. We start with a sponsor briefing to define goals, stakeholders, and KPI hypotheses, followed by a optional diagnostic package (interviews, pulse, ways-of-working review). The program delivers a heatmap of key stress drivers, a prioritized measures backlog and a concrete implementation plan. I translate mindfulness and wellbeing into operational practices (e.g. how to learn to pay attention, practice awareness, instruction how to practice meditation), meeting and communication rules, focus/recovery routines, leadership enablement, and a team playbook that “sticks” in structures. Implementation is supported through sprint-style check-ins and a final review with a 30/60/90-day roadmap; evaluation and scaling recommendations are included.
What people learn (“mini curriculum” outcomes)

    • Awareness & attention training: noticing autopilot, interruptions, and digital overload patterns; building focus and recovery micro-habits.

    • Meditation & embodiment basics: short guided practices that work in workdays (2–10 min), plus breath/movement regulation for stress and fatigue.

    • Stress literacy: mapping triggers, early warning signals, energy drains, and practical prevention (not just “coping”).

    • Empowerment by levels: circle of influence model—what I can change (self), co-shape (team), escalate (leadership), and accept (system constraints) with smart boundaries.

    • Transfer into routines: meeting culture, communication rules, “always-on” norms, and leadership behaviors that make wellbeing real and scalable.

  • I deliver 60–90 minute keynotes (plus optional Q&A), tailored to your audience and context, on healthy performance in digital work environments (digital overload, focus, meeting culture, recovery). Each keynote includes a customized slide deck and a 1-page “Action Summary” with the top levers and quick wins. Preparation follows a short briefing with the sponsor, and a structured debrief after delivery to align on next steps.

  • I facilitate interactive, moderated workshops for leadership and teams to make stress drivers visible and translate them into concrete changes in ways of working. The core output is a stress/overload “heatmap” with priorities, plus a measures backlog (owners, timeline) and 3–5 shared team principles (e.g., meeting rules, focus windows, communication norms). Workshops include a practical stress-regulation block (breath/movement/mindfulness) to build skills—not just awareness. A short sponsor briefing and a debrief are included to secure alignment and follow-through.

  • I offer short, high-impact offsite modules that combine stress regulation and practical transfer into team routines (e.g., 2.5 hours, half-day, or as part of a full-day agenda). The format includes guided practice (breath/movement/mindfulness, short meditation) and a clear “everyday transfer” so participants can apply it immediately. Teams leave with a mini plan of 3 concrete measures to reduce overload (e.g., meeting density, focus windows, availability norms). A short briefing and debrief ensure the offsite impulse translates into actionable next steps back at work.
