What makes the difference is human capacity: presence, resilience, and the ability to lead and decide well under pressure. And importantly: life and work don’t have to feel heavy—more ease, inner peace, and joy are possible, even in fast-moving times.
For individuals, I support transitions around career, identity, relationships, and purpose. Together, we create space for deeper insight and translate it into grounded next steps—so you can live with more clarity, lightness, and inner peace. My work integrates mindfulness/ meditation, embodiment, breathwork, and expanded states of consciousness—always practical and paced.
For organizations, I help building healthy, resilient work cultures and leadership practices that strengthen to deal with the attention crisis, fear of AI and stress overload. Through keynotes, workshops, and consulting, I support in embedding programs around mindfulness, mental health and wellbeing. This contributes to become a more attractive employer by investing in people’s capacity to thrive.
My role is to enable change—human-centered, structured, and practical. Because personal empowerment starts with people who feel safe, connected, and capable.

I support growth oriented individuals, high-achieving professionals in transition and purpose-driven psychedelic ventures in navigating deep transformation, legal psychedelic experiences and integration processes with more clarity, groundedness and integrity. My work bridges different ecosystems, different cultures and aims to connect the realm of psychedelic transformation, altered states and human development.
Before founding my own business, I spent 15+ years in corporate businesses, consulting and leadership roles. I know the pressure of performance, ambition, constant change and role-identity from the inside — and the quiet question many successful people eventually face: Is this still the life I want to live?
Through Con Cariño Coaching, I work with individuals who are navigating personal transformation, life transitions or legal psychedelic experiences. My focus is on education, preparation, integration and grounded decision-making — especially for people who want to explore altered states responsibly while staying connected to real life, relationships and professional responsibilities.
Through Conscious Business Consulting, I advise professionals and ventures in the emerging psychedelic ecosystem: coaches, retreat centers, founders and organizations who want to build with more structure, ethical clarity, integrity and human alignment.
My approach brings together strategic thinking, psychedelic coaching, mindfulness, somatic awareness and intercultural sensitivity. I work in German, English and Spanish, shaped by my Venezuelan-German background and an international networks across business, coaching and the psychedelic field.
