You may find yourself running on autopilot or living by invisible rules — performing, proving, or pleasing while feeling disconnected from who you really are. Or maybe you feel the call to expand — to explore deeper awareness and reimagine how you live, work, and love. Transformation can begin in struggle or in curiosity — but it always leads to the same place: greater presence, freedom, and alignment with what matters.
When the outer world changes fast, the inner questions get louder: meaning, identity, belonging, relationships, trust. I support you through transitions—so life can feel lighter, clearer, and more yours.Potential topics we work on
Meaning & direction: “Why am I here?” What matters now?
Identity beyond roles: who you are without job title, performance, or persona
Belonging & loneliness: community, self-trust, connection
Relationships & healing: patterns, attachment wounds, family history, partnership
Nervous system & attention: overwhelm, stress, “always-on”, inner noise
Integration: turning insight into grounded daily change
Meditation training: to learn how to cultivate awareness and presence, how to integrate the practice into everyday life, how to understand one’s mind and ego.

I work across four layers that shape change: Mind, Body, Emotion, and Meaning (Soul). Because in real life, clarity isn’t just cognitive—our choices are influenced by attention, nervous-system state, and what feels meaningful.
Mind (metacognition): We train awareness to recognize overthinking, narrative self/ego patterns, and autopilot—often through short, repeatable meditation practices.
Body (embodiment): We build somatic literacy—learning to read stress signals early and regulate them, because feelings are experienced through the body.
Emotion (healing + parts): We work with emotions and protective patterns with an IFS-informed, trauma-aware lens—so reactivity becomes choice, and relationships become cleaner.
Soul (meaning/connection): We clarify values, purpose, belonging, and integrity—so your life is not only functional, but true.
This is how transformation becomes tangible: you leave sessions with a clear focus, a practice (often meditation-based), and a next step that shows up in your daily life—decisions, boundaries, conversations, and habits.
This is not quick-fix coaching and not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you’re ready for grounded transformation—less reactivity, more clarity, and a life that feels lighter—this work is for you.

Psychedelic-informed coaching (Education · Preparation · Integration)
Are you considering an expanded state experience in a legal context —for example in the Netherlands, Spain, or Portugal— but feel unsure what’s safe, credible, and aligned for you? The landscape can is complex: legal frameworks differ, retreat quality varies widely, and facilitator training and ethics can be hard to assess from the outside.
I offer psychedelic-informed coaching focused on education, preparation, and integration. This work supports intention-setting, psychological readiness, risk awareness, and post-experience integration—so insights translate into meaningful change. No substances are provided, and this is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
My approach is grounded in harm reduction and and practical decision-making. My goal is to empower you to choose settings and support that are legal, safe, and integrable—and to turn an experience into transformation you can actually live.
What we can work on (examples)
Education (orientation & informed choice)
Understanding expanded states: realistic expectations vs. hype. What to look for, what to avoid
Intention setting vs. outcome driven: how to set a meaningful direction
Readiness & Risk awareness: what to consider physically/mentally stabel, support systems, boundaries, timing, aftercare, environment
Ethics & “red flags”: consent culture, power dynamics, marketing promises, safety claims
Preparation (readiness & inner resources)
Psychological readiness and stability: assessing timing and support
Nervous-system tools: meditation, breathwork, embodiment, self-regulation
Working with parts/protectors (IFS-informed): building inner safety
Planning your container: set & setting, aftercare, integration time, boundaries
Mindfulness practice as bridge to long lasting integration
Retreat & facilitator selection (decision framework)
Retreat due diligence: Criteria for evaluation: screening process, safety (medical/psychological) protocols, staff ratios, emergency plans
Facilitator selection: training, experience, ethics, consent culture, references
Group vs. 1:1 formats: what fits your needs and sensitivity
Practical planning: travel, integration and recovery days, privacy, and support after return, modalities for reintegration into work/life
Integration (making it real)
Making meaning without overinterpreting: sensemaking vs. story spirals
Translating insight into action: habits, boundaries, relationships, decisions
Working with emotional after-effects: tenderness, grief, confusion, openness
30/60/90-day integration plan: practices, accountability, next steps

Con Cariño Coaching
I support individuals navigating transitions—career shifts, identity questions, relationship changes, purpose, or the feeling that “something needs to realign and heal”. This work is not self-optimization. It’s a return to what’s already inside us. My approach blends systemic coaching with mindfulness and embodiment (yoga), meditation, breathwork, and expanded awareness practices. It’s IFS- and trauma-informed, grounded, and practical. The goal is tangible: more clarity, more inner peace, more joy.
Con Cariño, meaning “with dedication,” reflect my German-Venezuelan roots.
My personal life experiences guide my philosophy: that transformation grows from compassion and courage, not outer performance.
My values — Clarity, Courage, Compassion and Joy —
are the compass for every engagement I take.
State of the art research which my work builds on:
Emotions shape cognition and decision-making via bodily signals. This is central to what we call “somatic marker” work: bodily states associated with emotion bias choices—often outside conscious awareness.
Experience leaves patterns in the nervous system and body. Trauma research reviews also show that stress/trauma can affect multiple brain–body systems (endocrine, immune, etc.).
Much of what we call “self/ego” in everyday life is self-referential, narrative thought and mind-wandering. Mind-wandering is common and correlates with lower happiness, and experienced meditators show differences in default-mode network activity linked to reduced mind-wandering.
Mindfulness/meditation training is associated with changes in brain regions involved in emotion regulation and self-referential processing (e.g., MBSR studies and broader reviews).
Interoception (the brain’s representation of internal bodily state) is a core pathway for subjective feeling and awareness. The insula is repeatedly implicated in interoceptive awareness and subjective feeling.
Psychedelics can acutely alter self-processing networks (including DMN connectivity) and can occasion experiences described as “ego dissolution/connectedness/mystical-type meaning.” There’s peer-reviewed neuroimaging and clinical literature supporting these phenomena under controlled conditions.

Write me an E-Mail describing what you’re seeking support with. We’ll schedule a free 15-minute discovery call to explore your goals and see if my approach is a good fit. If not, I can connect you with trusted professionals or medical doctors from my network. (Sometimes it’s important to consult a doctor beforehand to check whether your blood markers, gut microbiome, or micronutrient levels may be contributing to your mental, emotional, or physical imbalance).
Sessions can take place online or in person, in English or German. I offer individual sessions as a starting point and coaching packages because transformation naturally takes time to unfold. All services are self-paid (no health insurance coverage). -
My work is grounded in the values of Courage, Clarity, and Compassion. I believe true transformation begins when we pause, listen deeply, and dare to realign with what truly matters — beyond external markers like status, success, or performance. I trust that real wisdom cannot be taught from the outside; it must be experienced from within. Certain modalities like Psychedelics and other expanded states of awareness like Meditation and Breathwork can act as doorways to this inner knowing, they open our normal level of consciousness, helping us uncover what has long been buried rather than relying on others to define what’s “right” for us. As Rumi said: “Why do you stay in prison when the door is wide open?” — we are free to step out of inherited patterns, heal old wounds, and choose a different path. At its heart, my philosophy is about returning to our own inner compass — and coming home to ourselves, in peace with who we are and those around us.

Yes — psychedelic coaching focuses solely on education, preparation, and integration around these experiences. It involves no administration, provision, or promotion of any substances, or substance use. The work is entirely based on dialogue, reflection, and psychological support — always within a safe, responsible, and legal framework — so that the transformation becomes truly your own.

Altered or expanded states of awareness — sometimes called non-ordinary states of consciousness — are ways of experiencing reality that go beyond our usual waking state. They can be reached through meditation, breathwork, or psychedelic substances. These states can open new perspectives on yourself and the world — shifting how you think, feel, and connect. They often reveal hidden patterns, deepen self-awareness, and bring a sense of unity and meaning. Research in neuroscience shows that during such states, the brain’s neuroplasticity — its ability to form new connections and break habitual patterns — is heightened, creating a unique window for lasting change.
