A psychedelic-informed journey of personal transformation

My core offer is an individually designed coaching journey over three to nine months. Psychedelic work can be a central part of this process—not as a quick fix, but as a carefully considered way to access emotions, perspectives and parts of yourself that may be difficult to reach in everyday consciousness.

The experience itself is only one part of the work. Lasting change grows through preparation, honest reflection, integration and the repeated choice to show up differently in daily life.

1. Understand what is asking to change

We begin with deep listening and a holistic exploration of your current life: emotional patterns, relationships, work, values, physical wellbeing, sleep, recovery and the questions that keep returning.

2. Prepare with intention and care

If psychedelic work is appropriate and relevant, we clarify intentions, expectations, resources and potential risks. A structured suitability and risk assessment is part of the process. Where medical or psychiatric expertise is needed, I refer to qualified professionals in my network.

3. Meet the experience responsibly

I provide education and preparation for self-directed legal experiences and can recommend independent retreat providers in countries where the relevant services are legally offered. Retreat services and costs remain separate from my coaching.

4. Integrate insight into everyday life

Together we explore what the experience revealed and translate it into grounded action: different choices, clearer boundaries, more honest relationships, a career transition, renewed creativity or a more conscious way of inhabiting your life.

5. Build what comes next

Integration is not a single conversation. Over time, we test what holds, identify what still needs attention and build the structures, relationships and practices that support the life you want to create.

The questions may be different. The work begins in the same place: awareness.

I work with people who want to explore questions such as:

Who am I beyond achievement, expectations and familiar roles?

What do I actually feel—and what have I learned to suppress or override?

Is my work, relationship or current way of living still aligned with me?

Which patterns keep repeating in my relationships and decisions?

How do I navigate a transition without abandoning myself?

What is a psychedelic experience showing me, and how do I live its insights?

How can I reconnect with earlier dreams, creativity and a sense of aliveness?

How can I respond consciously to changes in my body, wellbeing or life stage?

This work is not about becoming a different person. It is about recognising more of who you already are—and taking responsibility for how you want to live.Grounded in the whole person

Lasting transformation requires more than insight. It grows through the consistent practice of showing up for yourself—with a healthy respect for body, mind, emotions, relationships and the environments that shape your life.

Psychedelic education, preparation and integration

Evidence-informed education, thoughtful preparation and sustained integration for altered and expanded states of consciousness.

Mindfulness and embodied awareness

Learning to notice what is happening in your mind, emotions and body before reacting automatically.

IFS-informed and systemic reflection

Exploring inner parts, beliefs, attachment patterns and the wider relational systems in which your choices take place.

Values and conscious decision-making

Clarifying what truly matters to you and translating that clarity into boundaries, decisions and consistent action.

Holistic wellbeing

Considering sleep, recovery, movement, nutrition and physical wellbeing as part of the wider picture. I do not diagnose or provide medical treatment; where appropriate, I encourage clients to seek assessment from qualified health professionals.

My role is to listen closely, reflect what I see from a wider perspective and offer questions and impulses that help you trust your own capacity to choose. Warmth and compassion matter to me—but so do honesty, responsibility and action.

I build bridges between worlds

I am Rebecca Carmen Zapf—psychedelic-informed coach, consultant and founder of Con Cariño Coaching & Conscious Consulting.

For more than 15 years, I worked in international business environments at Siemens, Google and Capgemini Invent, leading teams and supporting complex transformation. Today, I bring that experience together with psychedelic coaching, mindfulness, meditation, embodiment and IFS-informed work.

My German–Venezuelan background taught me early that two seemingly opposing ways of seeing the world can both hold truth. We can be scientific and spiritual, ambitious and deeply human, structured and creative. We do not have to reduce ourselves to one role or inherit someone else's definition of success.

My own path was not a rejection of ambition. It was a redefinition of success: from external achievement and chronic pressure toward a self-directed life shaped by purpose, healthy boundaries, connection and inner motivation.

I aim to offer the kind of guidance I once would have valued myself: a clear mind, a compassionate perspective and a warm hand at your back while you learn to stand more fully for your own life.

More about me

When the life you built no longer feels like the life you want

You may be successful, capable and outwardly fine—and still feel that something important is asking for your attention.

Perhaps your work no longer fits. A relationship is changing. Your body or life stage is asking you to slow down and listen differently. Or a psychedelic experience has opened questions, emotions or possibilities that are difficult to hold alone.

These moments are not necessarily signs that something is wrong. They can be invitations to become more honest about what you feel, what you value and how you want to live.

I offer a warm, structured space to explore what is changing, recognise the patterns beneath it and move forward with greater clarity and ownership.

Meet yourself more deeply. Shape your life more consciously.

Psychedelic-informed coaching for people navigating meaningful transitions—combining preparation, integration and grounded inner work to turn deeper insight into choices that feel truly your own.
