How does 1:1 coaching work? How can I book a session?

Write me an email describing what you’re seeking support with. We’ll schedule a free 15-minute discovery call to explore your goals and see if my approach is a good fit. If not, I can connect you with trusted professionals or medical doctors from my network. (Sometimes it’s important to consult a doctor beforehand to check whether your blood markers, gut microbiome, or micronutrient levels may be contributing to your mental, emotional, or physical imbalance).
Sessions can take place online or in person, in English or German. I offer individual sessions as a starting point and coaching packages because transformation naturally takes time to unfold. All services are self-paid (no health insurance coverage).
My coaching process is based on a framework of life design and growth trough altered states: we clarify and define your goals, co-create a tailored and personalized roadmap, and select the modalities that best support your needs and current situation.

What is your philosophy?

My work is grounded in the values of Courage, Clarity, and Consciousness. I believe true transformation begins when we pause, listen deeply, and dare to realign with what truly matters — beyond external markers like status, success, or performance. I trust that real wisdom cannot be taught from the outside; it must be experienced from within. Certain modalities like Psychedelics and other expanded states of awareness like Meditation and Breathwork can act as doorways to this inner knowing, helping us uncover what has long been buried rather than relying on others to define what’s “right” for us. As Rumi said: “Why do you stay in prison when the door is wide open?” — we are free to step out of inherited patterns, heal old wounds, and choose a different path. At its heart, my philosophy is about returning to our own inner compass — and coming home to ourselves, in peace with who we are and those around us.

What are altered states of awareness — and why are they beneficial?

Altered or expanded states of awareness — sometimes called non-ordinary states of consciousness — are ways of experiencing reality that go beyond our usual waking state. They can be reached through meditation, breathwork, or psychedelic substances. These states can open new perspectives on yourself and the world — shifting how you think, feel, and connect. They often reveal hidden patterns, deepen self-awareness, and bring a sense of unity and meaning. Research in neuroscience shows that during such states, the brain’s neuroplasticity — its ability to form new connections and break habitual patterns — is heightened, creating a unique window for lasting change.

Is your Psychedelic Coaching legal?

Yes — psychedelic coaching focuses solely on education, preparation, and integration around these experiences. It involves no administration, provision, or promotion of any substances. The work is entirely based on dialogue, reflection, and psychological support — always within a safe, responsible, and legal framework — so that the transformation becomes truly your own.

What are Psychedelics?

Psychedelics are a group of substances — both naturally occurring and synthetic — that temporarily alter perception, mood, and cognition by interacting primarily with the brain’s serotonin (5-HT2A) receptors. Classic psychedelics include psilocybin (found in “magic” mushrooms), LSD, DMT, and mescaline (found in cacti such as Peyote or San Pedro). Related substances such as MDMA are known as empathogens, enhancing empathy, trust, and emotional openness rather than creating strong perceptual shifts. Many of these compounds are also referred to as plant medicines — such as ayahuasca, psilocybin mushrooms — which have been used for centuries in Indigenous and ceremonial traditions to promote healing, insight, and spiritual connection.

Today, psychedelics are at the center of a global scientific renaissance, with research showing their potential to support mental health, emotional regulation, creativity, and personal growth. When approached with respect, intention, and proper guidance, these experiences can catalyze profound transformation and lasting psychological change.
